Taizhou University San Bernardino Institute of Technology is operated as a secondary college of Taizhou University. This institute is jointly established by Taizhou University and California State University, San Bernardino, offering three undergraduate programs: Biological Sciences, Applied Chemistry, and Environmental Ecological Engineering, with a four-year duration. It adopts a "3+1" dual-campus, dual-degree model, where students study at Taizhou University for the first three years and go to California State University, San Bernardino for the fourth year. Upon meeting the graduation and degree requirements of both institutions, students will receive a graduation certificate from Taizhou University and bachelor’s degrees from both universities.
